[26 Oct 2005|09:44am] avanindra The BBQ for wed. has been canceled to due lack notifcation to all the members, and also we have a list of events on friday. Friday Events are as follows. Showing time is from 1pm - 6pm Cosplay contest will be done in the middle of the showing time. The usual lineup is suspended and we will be showing halloween based episodes. After the showing will be the fundraiser out on 59@Weslayn Fudruckers. Rules for cosplay still apply and please be on good behavior for Fudruckers. Yuki post comment

Points will be given to members who bring baked goods (Must be indivually wrapped or bought), make signs, work the table, and advertise. Must sign up for times. Anime no Con: To Be Determined This is the first anime open house held on campus. This half day event will take place for 8 hours. Details are to come soon. Maybe delayed due to hurricanes. Cosplay Contest October 28, 2005 In celebration of Halloween and the geekness of cosplaying, we've decided to hold a cosplay contest on this day. Only members may participate in the contest, but non members can dress up as we will be taking pictures. Prizes maybe gift certificates to Anime Avalon. Sooooooo with agreeing with the other officers, we have (and hopefully for the last time) rescheduled the due date of card contest to Oct. 5, 2005 at 12:00AM Midnight going into thursday. That will give us ample time to find a way how others can vote on the cards. Voting date is Oct. 7, 2005 during the friday showing. If you wish to change your submissions, make sure to make a note of which your replacing.
